Delivery time slot

You may choose a Yamato delivery time slot at checkout (morning / 14-16 / 16-18 / 18-20 / 19-21).

Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the delivery status on the Yamato Transport website.

Frozen, chilled, and dry items in one order

When you order frozen, chilled, and dry items together, we prioritise frozen items for packing and dispatch to maintain quality. Some items cannot be shipped together with frozen items.

Delivery boxes (takuhai box)

For food-safety reasons, products cannot be left in a delivery box at any time of year. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice for re-delivery — please request a re-delivery slot directly with Yamato.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
