These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website harnet.store ("Mega Meat Mart", the "Site"), operated by the Company (Island Food Group K.K.). By browsing or using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all use of the Site. The terms that govern purchases of products (ordering, payment, and delivery conditions) are set out separately in our Conditions of Use; where these Terms and the purchase terms differ with respect to a purchase, the purchase terms prevail.

2. Accounts

Some features of the Site require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate and current registration information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of the Company or any third party;
• provide false information when registering an account or placing an order;
• use another person's account, or transfer or share your account without our consent;

• engage in any other conduct that the Company reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, product photographs, logos, page design, and data — belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for viewing and printing pages for your own ordering purposes.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep product information, pricing, and stock status accurate, we do not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where caused by the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law, including under consumer-protection legislation.

6. Availability and Changes to the Site

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
