Charges other than the product price

• Consumption tax: 10% (a reduced rate of 8% applies to eligible food items).
• Shipping: per the shipping rates page of this site (Yamato Transport; frozen/chilled items ship via Cool TA-Q-BIN). Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 or more.
• Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

Payment timing

Delivery of goods

Delivered on the delivery date and time slot selected at checkout. Lead time is typically 2 or more business days from order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

Accepted only for defective items or items delivered in error; please contact us within 2 business days of delivery (perishable goods). Return shipping for such items is borne by the Company.
