The striploin, also known as sirloin, is found along the spine in the hindquarter, running from the ribs to the rump. There are two striploins and they sit just above the tenderloin where the eye fillet is cut.

Highly recommended to either pan-sear, broil in an oven or on the grill. Can be enjoyed in many ways but we recommend not to over-season the steak as it is very flavorful and rich taste, we want you to enjoy its high quality beef.
